Busy, busy

Yesterday was busy and not so busy all in one. I was able to make a lot of contacts I needed to make as I was in teh office the majority of the day. I was also able to make some visits that were much needed to set up more presentations in the coming months. I was also able to spend some time with a close friend trying to help a situation that I have no answers for. I found myself in just shut up and listen mode, trying to listen as the person discerned what was best for her in teh situation.
We had a good start to the WEdnesday evening deal as I picked up 2 from football practice at SAHS, Jordon was at Pedro doing the same. I swung through and grabbed another pair at a house past 95 on 16 and then sped off to church. I hopped in the van and rushed off to pick up others in different neighborhoods but by the time I got back to the church we found out the hot water heater had died and thereby dumped all of the water into the floors of the youth house. Not good! Angie and Jordon had it mostly dried up and cleaned up by the time I got there, but we had to shut off the water. The lesson and discussion times went off as planned and we had a decent crowd in attendance. I hopped in teh van and took out crew home, got home a little after 9 and just in time to tuck my two little ones into bed. That was the extent of me seeing them today, tucking them in that's it.
Today, however will be different. I will be at Pacetti Bay Middle School all day once again so no cellphone signal, no outside interaction for the majority of teh day. Which means I can spend my half hour break working on my message for 2 weeks from now. I have actually enjoyed my time at Pacetti Bay for that one reason, my breaks are peaceful. I go into a little room off the library and study with no cellphone ringing, no computer with emails jumping out at me and no distractions. I have got to start turning my cell off at the church when I am studying, what a difference it makes. I don't answer while I am studying, but I do feel it vibrate and find myself looking to see who it was.
After school I am getting the girls(all 3 of them) and we are going to feed the jv and freshman football teams, then we are all going to get a bite to eat. THe girls will then go to their final night of cheerleading camp before their big night of cheering in front of the whole stadium Friday night(which both of them are so excited about). Then we'll watch the freshman game together and go home and get ready to get up and do it all over again tomorrow!
